Sunnyside Farm Estate Limited RC 9101322 funds Gari production between 15 January and 30 April for a reason: in southwest Nigeria, Cassava planted in the early rainy season (March–May) consistently delivers stronger establishment and yield on our company-owned Oyo and Ogun farms.
We plant TME 419 Cassava stems on land we already own — 15 acres at Gudugbu Village, Afijio LGA, Oyo State 211102, and 10 acres at Prymepoint Layout along Obafe Road, Obafemi-Owode LGA, Ogun State. Production partners fund stems, land prep, labour, and inputs. They never receive acres, plots, or equity.
After planting, growth runs through the dry and wet seasons into the following year. Monthly farm updates (photos and video) keep partners informed. Harvest and Gari processing typically land February–April of Year 2, followed by a 60–90 day branded sales window so we sell premium Cassava Gari — not a distress crop dump.
